摘  要:为检验混合式K边界技术测量混合溶液中铀钚质量浓度的精度,使用混合式K边界/X荧光密度计(hybrid K-edge/XRF densitometer,HKED)对不同混合溶液进行了铀、钚质量浓度测量实验。根据实验数据计算了测量结果的不确定度,并分析了测量过程中的偏差来源。通过对测量结果及不确定度的分析,验证了混合式K边界技术测量铀、钚质量浓度可达到核安全导则《核燃料后处理厂核材料衡算》中的测量精度,对标定范围内铀质量浓度的测量不确定度小于0.28%,钚质量浓度的测量不确定度基本小于0.94%,精度较高,能够满足生产中的衡算要求;总结了测量中的主要偏差来源和优化方向,为进一步提高测量精度和拓展混合式K边界技术在锕系元素测量中的应用提供数据支持。To test the measurement accuracy of hybrid K-edge/XRF densitometer(HKED)for uranium and plutonium mass concentration in mixed solution,and to further understand the HKED shortcomings,this paper uses HKED to measure uranium and plutonium mass concentration in mixed uranium and plutonium solutions with different densities.Based on the experimental data,the uncertainty of measurement results is calculated,and the sources of deviations in the measurement process are analyzed.Through the analysis of the measurement results and uncertainty,it is verified that the measurement accuracy of HKED in measuring uranium and plutonium mass concentration can reach standard in the nuclear safety guideline Accounting for Nuclear Materials in Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing Plants.The measurement uncertainty of uranium mass concentration within the calibration range is less than 0.28%,and the measurement uncertainty of plutonium mass concentration is basically less than 0.94%,which has high accuracy and can meet the accounting requirements in production.In this paper,the main deviation sources and optimization directions in measurement are summarized.The data support for further improving the measurement accuracy and expanding the application of HKED in actinide measurement are provided.
