摘 要:在实验段进口压力为0.17~0.3 MPa,质量流速为100~300 kg·m^(-2)·s^(-1)实验条件下,采用去离子水,对单根电加热棒开展了过冷沸腾起始点(onset of nucleate boiling,ONB)实验研究。在实验中,通过逐步增加加热棒功率,研究了不同质量流速、进口温度和进口压力对ONB的影响,获得了流体从单相到过冷沸腾流动的转变点。实验研究表明,在实验段出口位置附近最先出现过冷沸腾,随着热流密度的增大,实验段出口位置下部逐渐出现ONB;ONB随着质量流速和压力的增大而增大,随着进口温度的增大而减小。最后基于实验数据,建立了适用于低压工况下环形通道内的过冷沸腾起始点热流密度的经验关系式,结果表明,本文关系式的计算值与实验数据的相对偏差在±15%以内,符合良好,可用于低压工况下的环形通道内过冷沸腾起始点分析计算。The onset of nucleate boiling(ONB)of a single heating rod is studied by using deionized water under the conditions of inlet pressure ranges from 0.16 to 0.3 MPa and mass flux ranges from 100 to 300 kg·m^(-2)·s^(-1).The influence of mass flux,inlet temperature,and pressure on ONB are studied,and the transition point from single phase to onset of nucleate boiling is obtained by increasing the heat flux step by step.The experimental results show that the ONB occurs first near the outlet position of the test section,and the ONB appears gradually at the lower part of the test section as the heat flux increase.The ONB increases with mass flux and pressure,but decreases with inlet temperature.Finally,based on the experimental data,a new correlation of ONB in the annular channel is established.The results show that the relative deviation between the calculated value of the correlation in this paper and the experimental data is within±15%.The correlation predict the experimental data well and could be used to calculate ONB in the annular channel under low pressure conditions.
