摘 要:有机无机杂化钙钛矿材料因具有合适的带隙,高光吸收系数,长载流子扩散长度和长寿命等优异的光电性能,在太阳能电池、光电探测器及柔性器件等领域展现出了广阔的应用前景。但有机无机杂化钙钛矿材料的毒性和稳定性问题仍然是其商业化进程中亟需解决的两个关键性问题。针对此问题,完全或部分替代有机无机杂化钙钛矿材料中的元素,已被证明是消除材料毒性,并调节其稳定性和光电性能的有效方法。本文全面综述了ABX_(3)型钙钛矿的A位、B位以及X位离子完全或部分替代对有机无机卤化物钙钛矿(MAPbI_(3))光电性能和稳定性的影响。分析了存在的问题及可能解决的方法,预测了其应用前景。Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have shown broad application prospects in solar cells,photodetectors,flexible devices,and other fields because of their excellent photoelectric properties such as suitable band gap,high light absorption coefficient,long carrier diffusion length and lifetime.However,its toxicity and poor stability remain two key obstacles in its commercialization process.For this problem,elemental complete or partial substitution has been shown to be an effective way to regulate the stability and photoelectric properties of materials while eliminating their toxicity.In this paper,the effect of complete or partial substitution of A-site,B-site and X-site ions of ABX_(3) type perovskite on the photoelectric performance and stability of organic-inorganic perovskite MAPbI_(3) are comprehensively reviewed.In addition,the existing problems and possible solutions are analyzed,and its application prospect is predicted.
