摘  要:提出一种新型的三相双输出准五电平逆变器(dual-output quasi-five-level inverter,DO-FLI)拓扑结构,DO-FLI可以实现两组频率和幅值可调的交流电压输出。DO-FLI是基于T型四电平转换器而改进的;在T型四电平转换器上共增加了3个开关和6个箝位二极管,并将直流侧的1:1:1电源转换为1:2:1直流电源,形成了新的拓扑结构。由于DO-FLI直流侧电源的不对称性,会缺失部分输出矢量,这将导致开关频率的增加。为了降低开关频率,提出了一种虚拟空间矢量脉宽调制(virtual space vector pulse width modulation,VSVPWM)的调制策略,并与分时调制思想相结合,实现了对两级逆变器的单独调控。实验和仿真结果的正确性说明了调制策略的有效性和所提拓扑结构的可行性。A novel three-phase dual-output quasi-five-level inverter(DO-FLI) topology is proposed.DO-FLI can achieve two groups of AC voltage outputs with adjustable frequency and amplitude.DO-FLI is based on the T-type four-level converter and is improved.A total of 3 switches and 6 clamping diodes are added to the T-type four-level converter,and the 1:1:1 power supply on the DC side is converted to a 1:2:1 DC power supply to form the new topology.Due to the asymmetry of the DO-FLI DC-side power supply,some of the output vectors will be missing,which will lead to an increase in the switching frequency.In order to reduce the switching frequency,a modulation strategy combining the time-sharing modulation idea and virtual space vector pulse width modulation(VSVPWM) is proposed.The correctness of the experimental and simulation results illustrates the effectiveness of the modulation strategy and the feasibility of the proposed topology.
