摘  要:目的探讨高压氧联合呼吸肌训练对脊髓损伤患者肺功能及疲劳程度的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月在武汉市第一医院康复医学科住院的脊髓损伤患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。2组患者均采用常规康复治疗,每周6次呼吸肌训练,治疗组在此基础上联合高压氧治疗,共治疗8周。分别于治疗前及治疗8周后对患者肺功能、疲劳程度及日常生活能力进行评估。结果治疗8周后,2组患者的肺功能(FVC、FEV1、MVV)、训练后疲劳程度及日常生活能力较治疗前均有改善,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合呼吸肌训练可以在一定程度上改善脊髓损伤患者的肺功能,减轻呼吸训练后的疲劳程度,提高日常生活能力,有助于整体康复。Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with respiratory muscle training on lung function and fatigue level in patients with spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 60 patients with spinal cord injury who were hospitalized in Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Wuhan No.1 Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and treatment group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received conventional rehabilitation treatment for 8 weeks,with respiratory muscle training 6 times a week,and the treatment group was additionally treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Lung function,fatigue level,and activity of daily living were evaluated before and after 8 weeks treatment.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,lung function(FVC,FEV 1,MVV),fatigue level after training,and activity of daily living of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvements of the indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with respiratory muscle training can improve the lung function of patients with spinal cord injury to a certain extent,reduce the degree of fatigue after training,and improve the activity of daily living,which is conducive to the overall rehabilitation of the patients.
