驻岛官兵2周患病率调查及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查驻岛官兵2周患病情况及其相关因素。方法采用自行编制的调查问卷分层随机抽样,对462名驻南海某岛官兵基本情况和2周患病情况进行调查分析。结果驻岛官兵2周患病率为40.69%,其中44.86%的2周患病官兵未去就诊,下肢关节损伤的2周患病率最高(9.74%),睡眠越差、年龄越大、自觉心理状态越差的官兵2周患病率越高。结论在驻岛官兵训练和日常保障中,应根据2周患病相关因素采取针对性的措施,维护官兵身心健康。Objective To investigate the two-week prevalence of officers and soldiers stationed on an island and analysis of its related factors.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the basic information and two-week prevalence of 462 subjects selected by stratified random sampling from the officers and soldiers stationed on an island in the South China Sea.Results The two-week prevalence among officers and soldiers stationed on the island was 40.69%,of which 44.86%did not seek medical attention within two weeks.The prevalence of lower limb joint injuries was the highest one(9.74%).People with poorer sleep quality,older age,and poorer psychological perceived mental state had a higher two-week prevalence.Conclusion In the training and routine medical support of the officers and soldiers stationed on the island,targeted measures should be taken based on the factors related to the two-week illnesses,so as to maintain the physical and mental health of the officers and soldiers.
