摘  要:采用同轴送粉激光熔覆技术在Q235钢基体上制备Ni60/金刚石复合涂层,借助高速摄像设备对Ni60/金刚石复合粉末的空间行为进行研究,并使用高速摄像、拉曼光谱、体式显微镜和扫描电镜等设备对粉末行为和涂层形貌进行分析。重点研究了激光功率对金刚石石墨化程度、熔池大小、涂层完整性和热影响区大小的影响。研究表明:根据受到激光辐照程度,粉末颗粒可分为三种状态,在强烈辐照下的高亮状态、在较弱辐照下的低亮度状态和几乎未受到辐照的黑色原始状态。在激光辐照作用下Ni60粉末颗粒被点亮的数量远大于金刚石粉末颗粒。Ni60粉末颗粒在被点亮后保持与原始状态相同的球形形态,金刚石颗粒被点亮后同时存在不规则形态与球形形态。金刚石的石墨化程度随着激光功率的增加而增加,当激光功率为1.0 kW时,涂层具有较好的成形质量。The Ni60/diamond composite coating was prepared on the Q235 steel substrate using coaxial powder feeding laser cladding technology.The spatial behavior of Ni60/diamond composite powder was studied with the help of high-speed camera equipment,and the powder behavior and coating morphology were analyzed using high-speed cameras,Raman spectroscopy,stereomicroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy.The study focused on the effects of laser power on the degree of diamond graphitization,the size of the molten pool,the integrity of the coating,and the size of the heat-affected zone.The research shows that:according to the degree of laser irradiation,powder particles can be divided into three states:a highbrightness state under strong irradiation,a low-brightness state under weaker irradiation,and a black original state that has hardly been irradiated.Under the action of laser irradiation,the number of Ni60 powder particles lit up is much greater than that of diamond powder particles.After being lit up,Ni60 powder particles maintain the same spherical shape as their original state,while diamond particles exist in both irregular and spherical shapes after being lit up.The degree of diamond graphitization increases with the increase of laser power,and when the laser power is 1.0 kW,the coating has good forming quality.
