摘 要:针对重型70Cr3Mo锻件支承辊在服役过程中出现的辊面剥落和掉块问题,从堆焊材料选择、堆焊工艺优化和工艺装备设计三个方面进行了综合研究。首先,通过断口宏观形貌分析、理化分析和金相分析等方法,确定了辊面剥落的主要原因是疲劳裂纹扩展导致分层。其次,根据70Cr3Mo钢的焊接性和高温性能,确定了预热温度、升温速度、中间热处理和最终热处理等关键工艺参数,并选择SW型号的超低碳Cr-Ni-Mo-V型马氏体合金钢材料进行堆焊。最后,设计了多功能保温罩和四枪堆焊装置,确保了大厚度埋弧堆焊工艺的实施。研究结果表明,该工艺能有效恢复支承辊尺寸,提升其强度、硬度和冲击性能,使修复后的支承辊使用寿命达到甚至超过新辊。该研究成果成功应用于154吨重型支承辊的堆焊修复,实现了废旧支承辊的再制造。In response to the issues of roller surface peeling and chunk falling in the service process of heavy-duty 70Cr3Mo forged support rollers,a comprehensive study was conducted from three aspects:selection of surfacing materials,optimization of surfacing processes,and design of process equipment.Firstly,through methods such as fracture macro morphology analysis,physical and chemical analysis,and metallographic analysis,it was determined that the main cause of roller surface peeling is delamination caused by fatigue crack propagation.Secondly,based on the weldability and high-temperature performance of 70Cr3Mo steel,key process parameters such as preheating temperature,heating rate,intermediate heat treatment,and final heat treatment were determined,and SW-type ultra-low carbon Cr-Ni-Mo-V martensitic alloy steel material was selected for surfacing.Finally,a multifunctional insulation cover and a four-gun surfacing device were designed to ensure the implementation of the large-thickness submerged arc surfacing process.The research results show that this process can effectively restore the dimensions of the support roller,improve its strength,hardness,and impact performance,and make the service life of the repaired support roller reach or even exceed that of the new roller.The research results have been successfully applied to the surfacing repair of 154-ton heavy-duty support rollers,achieving the remanufacturing of waste support rollers.
