摘  要:目前,测试减水剂在水泥颗粒表面吸附量的方法大多采用总有机碳法(TOC法),但众多文献对该测试方法的前处理描述不明确且可操作性差。针对上述问题,本文对总有机碳法测试减水剂在水泥颗粒表面吸附试验的预处理条件进行了研究,探讨了搅拌时间、静置时间、静置温度对减水剂在水泥颗粒表面吸附的影响。研究确定了TOC法的前处理和测试条件,为减水剂在水泥颗粒表面的吸附行为研究提供参考。该方法得到的减水剂标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,该方法 10次平行实验结果的相对误差小于0.005%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.7706%。Currently,the predominant method employed for assessing the adsorption capacity of waterreducing agents on cement particle surfaces is the total organic carbon(TOC)method;however,numerous literature sources lack clarity in describing the pre-treatment procedure and exhibit poor operability.In light of the aforementioned issues,this study investigates the pretreatment conditions for the total organic carbon method in order to examine the adsorption of water reducing agents on cement particle surfaces.Furthermore,it explores the impact of stirring time,standing time,and standing temperature on said adsorption.The pretreatment and test conditions of the TOC method were determined,providing a valuable reference for elucidating the adsorption behavior of water-reducing agents on cement particle surfaces.The correlation coefficients of the standard curves obtained using this method exhibit a remarkable value exceeding 0.999,while maintaining an exceptional precision with a relative error below 0.005%across 10 parallel experiments.Additionally,the relative standard deviation(RSD)is determined to be at an impressively low level of 0.7706%..
