摘  要:针对行业内日益普及的红外触控式智慧黑板在粉笔书写时易产生积粉的行业难题,提出一种45°倾角的红外发射端滤光条设计,通过理论计算以及LightTools模拟仿真,确定了设计的理论可行性。最后通过实际设计开发并装配测试,测试结果显示,相比行业内传统的15°、20°滤光条倾角设计方案,45°倾角设计方案不仅可以有效保障触摸信号强度,同时粉笔书写后的积粉率降低25%以上,大幅降低了积粉对触摸信号的影响,保证了系统可靠性,并提高课堂效率。Aiming at the industry problem that the increasingly popular infrared touch-control intelligent blackboard is prone to powder accumulation when writing chalk,a design of infrared emitter filter bar with 45 inclination angle is proposed,and the theoretical feasibility of the design is determined by theoretical calculation and simulation with LightTools.Finally,through the actual design,development and assembly test,the test results show that compared with the traditional design scheme of 15 and 20 inclination angles of filter strips in the industry,the 45 inclination angle design scheme can not only effectively guarantee the strength of touch signals,but also greatly reduce the powder accumulation rate after chalk writing by more than 25%,greatly reducing the influence of powder accumulation on touch signals,ensuring system reliability and improving classroom efficiency.
