补肾活血汤治疗肾虚血瘀型宫腔黏连疗效观察

摘　　要：观察补肾活血汤对促进宫腔镜下黏连分离术(TCRA)后子宫内膜修复、改善月经状况的临床疗效。方法:将60例确诊为宫腔黏连并自愿行宫腔镜下黏连分离术的患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组予雌孕激素序贯疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上予补肾活血汤,疗程均为1个月。观察两组患者中医证候积分、AFS评分、月经量积分、子宫内膜厚度及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,两组患者月经量积分、子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前增加(P﹤0.05),中医证候积分、AFS评分较治疗前降低(P﹤0.05);且治疗组各指标改善程度均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤联合雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗宫腔镜下黏连分离术后患者,能有效促进子宫内膜修复,改善月经状况,减轻临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction on promoting endometrial restoration and improving menstrual status after trans-cervical resection of adhesion(TCRA).Methods:60 cases of patients who were diagnosed as intrauterine adhesion and voluntarily underwent TCRA were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone hormone,while the treatment group was treated plus with Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was one month for both groups.TCM syndrome score,AFS score,menstrual blood volume score,endometrial thickness and clinical efficacy of patients were observed in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).In both groups after treatment,the menstrual blood volume score and endometrial thickness of patients were increased compared with pre-treatment(P﹤0.05),while TCM syndrome score and AFS score were decreased compared with pre-treatment(P﹤0.05);and the improvement degree of each index of treatment group was more obvious than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue decoction and sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone hormone for treating TCRA-postoperative patients can effectively promote endometrial restoration,improve menstrual status and alleviate clinical symptoms.
