扶阳法在中风病中的应用探讨

摘　　要：中风又称卒中,四大内科难治疾病之一,以气血逆乱、阴阳失调为主要病机,多由风、火、痰、瘀、虚等发病因素引起,发病时的主要临床表现为肢体偏瘫、肌肤不仁、言语不利、口舌歪斜、意识障碍、晕厥等。“扶阳法”重视补益阳气,擅用附、姜、桂等一类温阳之品,尤其擅长重用附子治疗阳虚证的治疗大法。在临床上,运用“扶阳法”治疗中风病的疗效越来越显著,文章对近年来扶阳法在中风病中的应用进展评述如下。Stroke, also known as apoplexy, is one of the four major refractory diseases of internal medicine in ancient China.It is mainly caused by wind, fire, phlegm, blood stasis, deficiency and other pathogenic factors. The main clinical manifestations of the disease are limb hemiplegia, numbness of the skin, speech impediment, crooked tongue, disturbance of consciousness, syncope and so on.Fuyang method is a treatment method that attaches importance to and replenishes yang qi in ideology. It is good at using a kind of warming yang products such as aconite, ginger and cassia, especially good at reusing aconite to treat yang deficiency syndrome. In clinical practice, the curative effect of Fuyang method in the treatment of stroke is more and more significant. The application progress of Fuyang method in stroke in recent years is reviewed as follows.
