摘　　要：功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)是一种临床常见的消化系统疾病,患病率逐年攀升,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前临床中提及湿热型FC的治法和讨论较少。分消走泄法主要用于湿热证候,其理论渊薮悠久,是治疗湿热病的特色方法。文章对此法进行探析,将其应用于湿热型FC,本病病机以湿热交结,弥漫三焦为主,治疗应开上、畅中、渗下三焦同治,使湿热之邪分部消除,并根据“湿”“热”二者之轻重,选择合理分消湿热的药物,且应兼顾健脾助运、理气导滞,以助湿热消散,以期为湿热型FC的治疗提供理论指导和诊疗思路,提高临床疗效。Functional constipation(FC)is a common clinical digestive disease,the prevalence of which is rising year by year,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.Currently there are fewer treatments and discussions mentioning damp-heat type FC in the clinic.The method of distributing and eliminating away and draining is mainly used for damp-heat symptoms,which has a long theoretical origin and is a characteristic method for treating damp-heat diseases.In this paper,we analyze this method and apply it to damp-heat FC.The mechanism of this disease is based on the intersection of dampness and heat,and the diffusion of the triple jiao is the main cause,so the treatment should be to open the upper part of the body,smooth the middle part of the body,and penetrate the lower part of the body,so as to eliminate damp-heat evils,and according to the severity of the"dampness"and the"heat,"we choose the drugs to reasonably eliminate the dampness and heat,and then choose the drugs to eliminate them.According to the severity of"dampness"and"heat",we should choose the medicines that can reasonably eliminate dampness and heat,and we should take into account strengthening the spleen to help transportation and regulating qi stagnation in order to help dissipate dampness and heat,so as to provide theoretical guidance and diagnostic ideas for the treatment of dampness-heat type FC,and to improve the clinical efficacy.
