基于宣白承气汤的临床证治变迁探讨其抗耐药菌的应用前景

摘　　要：宣白承气汤创制于吴鞠通所著《温病条辨》,用于治疗“阳明温病,下之不通”中伴有肺气不降的证候,现代中医家根据其制方特点广泛用于肺炎、慢阻肺等呼吸系统疾病。文章追根溯源推敲该方的组方依据及证治范围,对比现代临床适应症,整理归纳相关现代研究成果并分析其药理作用机制,展望其在临床的应用前景。Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction(宣白承气汤)was created in WU Jutong's"Arguement of Febrile Diseases",which was used to treat the syndrome of"Yangming Febrile diseases,constipation after purgation"accompanied by lung qi not descending.It is widely used by modern TCM doctors for respiratory diseases such as pneumonia and COPD according to the characteristics of their prescriptions.In this paper,the formulation basis and the range of syndrome and treatment of this decoction were analyzed by tracing to its source,and compared to the modern clinical indications.Sorting out and concluding the relevant modern research results,analyzing its pharmacological mechanism,and further looking forward to its clinical application prospect.
