摘　　要：卒中相关性肺炎(stroke-associated pneumonia,SAP)是脑卒中后患者并发的肺部感染,是临床最常见的并发症之一,也是卒中患者死亡的危险因素之一。现代医学治疗卒中相关性肺炎以抗感染为主,但疗效一般,而传统医学对于该病的诊治独具特色。文章对近年来中医药治疗卒中相关性肺炎的病因病机、证型分析、中医药治疗等方面进行叙述。Stroke-related pneumonia is a pulmonary infection complicated by stroke patients,which is one of the most common clinical complications and one of the risk factors for death in stroke patients.Modern medicine mainly treats stroke-related pneumonia with anti-infection,but the efficacy is general,and traditional medicine has unique characteristics for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.This article describes the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome type analysis,and treatment of stroke-related pneumonia in the treatment of stroke with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.
