摘　　要：特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)是一种细胞介导的免疫应答改变、屏障功能障碍的慢性炎症性皮肤病,临床发病率高,对患者的生活质量和心理健康造成严重负面影响。生物制剂治疗特应性皮炎已成为目前的研究热点。中医药防治特应性皮炎历史悠久,其疗效及安全性得到了验证,湿热证是特应性皮炎的常见证型。动物模型是沟通临床与基础研究的桥梁,其具有高度可重复性和有效性。文章结合中医湿热证介绍了特应性皮炎动物模型的建立过程,并对其研究应用进行了探讨,为AD的病理机制研究以及中医药开发提供相关理论支持。Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a cell-mediated chronic inflammatory skin disease with altered immune response and barrier dysfunction,with high clinical morbidity and serious negative effects on patients'quality of life and mental health.The treatment of atopic dermatitis by biological agents has become a research hotspot.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis,and its efficacy and safety have been verified,and damp-heat syndrome is a common symptom of atopic dermatitis.Animal models are a bridge between clinical and basic research,and they are highly reproducible and effective.In this paper,the establishment process of animal models of atopic dermatitis is introduced based on the damp-heat syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine,and its research application is discussed,which provides relevant theoretical support for the study of the pathological mechanism of AD and the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
