基于《黄帝内经》“时脏”理论探讨五脏生理病理及其时间节律

摘　　要：基于《黄帝内经》的“时脏”理论思想剖析在五行生克关系下,五脏的生理病理与四时昼夜的变化规律,提出了“时”“脏”的关系对五脏生理病理变化影响密切。文章分析了在五脏与四时相应的生理特性,五脉与四时相应的脉象表现,五脏在天干五行中的病理变化,五脏在昼夜中病理变化,时间节律现代研究等方面,论述了在时间节律的作用下,五脏生理特性,病理变化、预后转归及治疗的逻辑关系,希望对临床疾病提供诊断预防的新思路。Based on the theory of"Time and Zang relationship"in the Inner Canon of Huangdi analyzing the relationship between the five elements of generation and restraint,the physiological and pathological changes of the five viscera and the changes of day and night in the four hours of the five viscera are analyzed under the relationship between the five elements,and the relationship between"time"and"viscera"has a close influence on the physiological and pathological changes of the five viscera.This paper analyzes the corresponding physiological characteristics of the five viscera and the four hours,the corresponding pulse manifestations of the five viscera and the four hours,the pathological changes of the five viscera in the five elements of the heavenly trunk,the pathological changes of the five viscera in the day and night,and the modern research on the time rhythm,and discusses the logical relationship between the physiological characteristics,pathological changes,prognosis and treatment of the five viscera under the action of the time rhythm.Hope to provide a new way of diagnosis and prevention of clinical diseases.
