代谢组学应用于中医药治疗糖尿病肾病研究进展

摘　　要：中医药治疗糖尿病肾病因其多成分、多靶点、多途径的特点,在治疗糖尿病肾病中有其独特优势,但因其成分复杂,药理和作用机制尚不明确。代谢组学是继基因组学和蛋白质组学之后发展起来的一门新兴学科,作用为研究机体整体代谢物以及代谢途径,能够整体的、动态的反应生物体内代谢表征,与中医学“辨证论治”的整体观高度契合,为中医药防治糖尿病肾病提供了新方法,新途径。文章对近年来多名学者基于代谢组学技术研究中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效进展进行综述,以期为临床实践提供依据。Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy due to its characteristics of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway.However,due to its complex components,pharmacology and mechanism of action are still unclear.Metabolomics is an emerging discipline developed after genomics and proteomics.It is designed to study the metabolites and metabolic pathways of the body as a whole and dynamically reflect the metabolic characteristics of organisms.It is highly consistent with the holistic concept of"syndrome differentiation and treatment"of traditional Chinese medicine,and provides a new method and approach for the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy by traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,we reviewed the progress of studies on the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diabetic nephropathy based on metabonomics technology in recent years,in order to provide evidence for clinical practice.
