摘　　要：作为城乡生活的基本单元,社区既是居民日常活动的空间载体,也是国家治理和地方自治的实践场所。文章以上海市中心城区一处典型旧式里弄的更新改造为例,详细记录改造前居民对公共空间的使用情况,探讨里弄公私边界的变化过程及形成机制,并基于更新改造项目的实施情况和项目回访,提出针对里弄更新项目的系列策略。As the basic unit of urban and rural life,community is not only the space carrier for daily life of residents,but also the practice place for national governance and local autonomy.Taking the transformation and renovation of a typical old lane in downtown Shanghai as an example,this paper records the using circumstance of public space by residents before transformation,and discusses the changing process and forming mechanism of the public and private boundary of lane,in addition,based on the implementation circumstance of the transformation and renovation project and return visit of the project,it puts forward the series strategy aimed at the lane renewal project.
