街道活力研究进展:内涵、测度与影响机制

摘　　要：街道是重要的城市公共空间,受通行效率优先、大型商圈竞争和线上消费模式的冲击,街道活力下降明显。文章解析街道活力的内涵,借助Cite Space知识图谱工具分析2000—2023年国内外研究的演进趋势和热点议题,深入剖析街道活力的测度评价、影响机制。研究发现:国内外街道活力研究经历初步探索阶段、过渡沉淀阶段和多元发展阶段;研究尺度从微观向宏观发展,测度评价方法从定性分析转向定量分析,研究内容从基础走向多元;影响因素指标体系逐渐丰富,包括空间环境、功能服务和社会经济水平3个维度。最后,提出街道活力研究的未来展望,以期为城市街道的更新改造、活力提升和可持续发展提供参考。Street is a kind of important urban public space,and affected by traffic efficiency priority,large business circle competition and on-line consumption pattern,street vitality decreases obviously.This paper analyzes the connotation of street vitality,and by means of CiteSpace knowledge map tool,it analyzes the evolution tendency and hot topic of domestic and foreign research in 2000-2023,performs in-depth analysis of the measurement,evaluation and influence mechanism for street vitality.It is found through research:domestic and foreign research on street vitality has experienced preliminary exploration stage,transition sedimentation stage and multiple development stage;the scale of study is developed from microscopy to macroscopy,the method of measurement and evaluation is transformed from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis,and the content of research is from basic content to multi-element;the influence factor index system gradually becomes rich,including space environment,functional service and socioeconomic level as three dimensions.It finally looks forward to future research on street vitality,so as to provide reference for the transformation,renovation,vitality improvement and sustainable development of urban street.
