摘 要:实验室设备是保障专业实验教学和科学研究的关键基础。提升高校实验室设备管理的标准,推动管理流程现代化,对于高效利用教学与科研资源、提高高校整体教育质量具有深远的影响。文章利用大数据、物联网和前景协同等技术与理论,设计并开发了一个高校仪器设备资产管理信息系统。该系统涵盖仪器从采购到报废的整个生命周期,设计了多个功能模块。实践表明,该系统规范了学校资产管理的日常工作,便于资产数据的统计分析,减少了重复工作,提高了资产使用效率和管理服务水平。Laboratory equipment is a key foundation for ensuring professional experimental teaching and scientific research.Improving the standards of laboratory equipment management in universities and promoting the modernization of management processes have a profound impact on the efficient utilization of teaching and research resources and the overall quality of education in universities.The article utilizes technologies and theories such as big data,the Internet of Things,and prospect collaboration to design and develop a university instrument and equipment asset management information system.This system covers the entire lifecycle of instruments from procurement to disposal,and is designed with multiple functional modules.Practice has shown that this system standardizes the daily work of school asset management,facilitates statistical analysis of asset data,reduces redundant work,and improves asset utilization efficiency and management service level.
