摘　　要：随着科技的创新与发展,物联网技术被用于生产与生活。为支持物联网产业发展,相关部门出台了多项政策(包括技术研发、标准制定、应用推广、信息安全保障等)。文章主要简述了物联网在建筑领域的场景应用(如在智能安防、智能消防、能源管理、停车管理、环境监测等),介绍了物联网技术在优化建筑功能、节能减排等方面的巨大潜力与实际作用。With the innovation and development of science and technology,the Internet of Things is more and more used in daily production and life,in order to support the development of the Internet of Things industry,the relevant departments have issued a number of policies,including technology research and development,standard formulation,application promotion,information security and so on.This paper mainly describes the application of the Internet of Things in the building field(such as intelligent security,intelligent fire protection,energy management,parking management,environmental monitoring,etc.),and introduces the great potential and practical role of the Internet of Things technology in optimizing building functions,energy saving and emission reduction.
