摘　　要：基于GJB5000B测量与绩效分析实践域,提出了量化管理软件过程的基本概念,给出了建立软件过程性能基线及软件过程性能模型的方法,阐述了基线与模型维护的一般方法与要求,最后举例说明了过程性能基线、模型等软件量化管理技术的使用方法。Based on the practical domain of GJB5000B measurement and performance analysis,the basic concept of quantitative management software process is proposed,and the method of establishing software process performance baseline and software process performance model is given.The general methods and requirements for baseline and model maintenance are explained,and finally,examples are given to illustrate the use of software quantitative management techniques such as process performance baseline and model.
