摘　　要：医用电子直线加速器是放射治疗中的重要装置,在恶性肿瘤的放射治疗中得到了广泛应用,它的稳定运转直接关系到患者放射治疗的效果及安全性。在临床实践中,医用电子直线加速器发生故障的概率较高,给日常使用带来了一定影响。因此,基于医用电子直线加速器的工作原理,文章对其中常见的故障进行了分析,并总结了维修对策。Medical electron linear accelerator is an important device in radiotherapy.It has been widely used in radiotherapy of malignant tumors.Its stable operation is directly related to the effect and safety of radiotherapy.In clinical practice,the probability of medical electron linear accelerator failure is high,which has a certain impact on daily use.Therefore,based on the working principle of medical electron linear accelerator,the paper analyzes the common faults and summarizes the maintenance countermeasures.
