摘　　要：胃癌是一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,目前的治疗手段包括手术切除、放疗、化疗、靶向治疗和免疫疗法等,尽管这些方法具有一定的疗效,但也伴随着复发、耐药性和较大的毒副作用。因此,开发疗效显著、不良反应低且耐药性低的药物尤为迫切。苦参Sophora flavescens作为一种传统中草药,具有多组分、多靶点和低毒性的特点,其主要活性成分包括生物碱和黄酮类化合物,这些成分在胃癌治疗中显示出良好的疗效。研究表明,苦参能够抑制胃癌细胞的增殖和侵袭转移,促进癌细胞死亡,调节机体免疫功能,并逆转耐药。然而,目前尚未有文献对苦参的这些作用机制进行系统总结。本文旨在全面梳理苦参在抗胃癌和逆转耐药方面的作用机制及其相互联系,为苦参在胃癌的基础研究和临床应用提供理论依据。Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract.Current treatment methods include surgical resection,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy,and immunotherapy.Although these methods have certain therapeutic effects,they also face the problems of by recurrence,drug resistance,and significant toxic side effects.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to develop drugs with significant efficacy,low toxicity,and low drug resistance.Sophora flavescens,a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target and low toxicity.The main active ingredients of Sophora flavescens are alkaloids and flavonoids,which have shown good therapeutic effects in the treatment of gastric cancer.Studies have shown that Sophora flavescens can inhibit the proliferation and invasion of gastric cancer cells,promote cancer cell death,regulate immune function,and reverse drug resistance.However,there is currently no literature systematically summarizing the mechanisms of action of Sophora flavescens in anti-gastric cancer and reversing drug resistance.This article aims to comprehensively summarize the mechanisms of action and interconnections of Sophora flavescens in anti-gastric cancer and reversing drug resistance,providing a theoretical basis for the basic research and clinical application of Sophora flavescens in gastric cancer.
