摘 要:为缩短猴头菇培菌周期、改善子实体营养组成、提高产量及拓宽玉米浆利用途径,研究玉米浆水解液对猴头菇产量及营养成分的影响。结果表明:猴头菇固体培养基中玉米浆水解液添加量为4%时,菌丝生长速率较对照组提高2.3%。猴头菇液体培养基中玉米浆水解液添加量9%时,菌丝生物量是对照组的2.50倍。当碳氮比恒定时,栽培料中添加2.5%玉米浆水解液组,猴头菇菌丝生长速率较对照组提高38.1%;子实体产量增加15.5%;粗蛋白含量提高7.7%;粗脂肪含量降低0.6%。综上,玉米浆水解液能显著促进猴头菇菌丝生长,提高菌丝生物量及子实体产量,改善子实体营养组成。To shorten the cultivation cycle of Hericium erinaceus,improve the nutritional composition of its fruiting bodies,increase its yield and broaden the utilization of corn steep liquor,this paper studied the effects of corn steep liquor hydrolysate on yield and nutritional components of H.erinaceus.The results showed that the addition of corn steep liquor hydrolysate in a solid medium was 4%,and the mycelial growth rate was 2.3%higher than that of the control group.The corn steep liquor hydrolysate addition in the liquid medium was 9%,and the mycelial biomass was 2.50 times that of the control group.When the C/N was consistent,compared with the control group,the mycelial growth rate of H.erinaceus in the cultivation material containing 2.5%corn steep liquor hydrolysate group was increased by 38.1%;fruiting body yield was increased by 15.5%;crude pro-tein content was increased by 7.7%;crude fat content was decreased by 0.6%.In summary,corn steep liquor hydrolysate could significantly promote the growth of H.erinaceus mycelium,increase mycelial biomass and fruiting body yield,and improve the nutritional composition of fruiting bodies.
