摘  要:以2018—2022年的信息数据作为统计数据,借助DEAP 2.1软件,构建了以沈阳市沈河区11个街道为评价单元的评价体系,利用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)模型与Malmquist指数从静态和动态两方面对沈阳市沈河区居住用地利用效率进行了测度和研究。研究结果显示:在数值上,沈河区居住用地土地利用整体呈现较为高效的状态,但也体现出区域发展的不平衡性;沈河区居住用地土地利用效率值在研究期内时有变动,就动态效率变化趋势来说,技术效率是制约其发展的主要因素。This paper takes the information data from 2018 to 2022 as the statistical data,and with the help of DEAP 2.1 software,constructs an evaluation system with 11 streets in Shenhe District of Shenyang City,as the evaluation unit,and utilizes the DEA model and Malmquist index to measure and study the efficiency of land use in the residential community of Shenhe District in Shenyang City,in terms of both static and dynamic aspects.The conclusions are as follows:Numerically,the overall land utilization of residential communities in Shenhe District shows a more efficient state,but also reflects the imbalance of regional development.The value of land utilization efficiency of residential communities in Shenhe District changes from time to time during study,and technical efficiency is the main component that restricts its development in terms of the trend of dynamic efficiency change.The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical basis and data support for the efficient utilization of land in residential communities in Shenhe District of Liaoning Province.
