辽中南城市群新型城镇化发展与土地利用效益耦合协调研究

摘　　要：研究构建了新型城镇化发展水平与土地利用效益综合评价体系,运用熵值法测算了辽中南城市群各城市新型城镇化发展综合指数与土地利用效益值,建立了耦合度模型、耦合协调度模型和相对发展度模型,探究了2010—2022年辽中南城市群新型城镇化发展与土地利用效益耦合协调水平。研究发现:辽中南城市群新型城镇化发展与土地利用效益耦合协调度整体上呈上升趋势,但两系统间尚未实现良性互动,各地区耦合协调水平存在明显差异,沈阳和大连两地耦合协调度较其他地区高出很多。This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of new urbanization and land use efficiency,uses the entropy value method to quantify the level of new urbanization and land use efficiency in Liao-Zhong-Nan city cluster,and constructs a coupling degree model,a coupling coordination degree model and a relative development model to investigate the degree of networked and coordinated development of the new urban development and land use efficiency of Liao-Zhong-Nan city cluster from 2010 to 2022.The results show that the relationship and degree of coordination between new urbanization and efficient land use in Liao-Zhong-Nan city cluster shows an upward trend on the whole,but it has not yet realized the benign interaction,and there are obvious differences in the coupling coordination degree of each region,and the coupling and coordinated development level of Shenyang and Dalian is obviously higher than that of other regions.
