摘  要:采用溶解析出法开发了一种用于淤浆法乙烯聚合的PLE-01催化剂,研究了PLE-01催化剂的组成、粒径分布、颗粒形态和乙烯聚合等方面的性能,并与Innovene-S工艺的参比催化剂进行了对比。实验结果表明,PLE-01催化剂的平均粒径可在9.3~34.4μm之间进行调节,同时粒径分布宽度始终低于1.0,良好的催化剂颗粒形态使得乙烯聚合粉料的堆密度达到了400 kg/m^(3)左右。在氢调、共聚和耐高温等性能方面,PLE-01催化剂除聚合活性稍高外,基本与参比催化剂相当,表明PLE-01催化剂应用于淤浆法乙烯聚合工艺时,聚合工艺参数不需要进行较大的调整。PLE-01 catalyst for slurry ethylene polymerization was developed using the dissolutionprecipitation method.The composition,particle size distribution,particle morphology,and ethylene polymerization performance of the PLE-01 catalyst were studied and compared with the reference catalyst of the Innovene-S process.The experimental results show that the average particle size of the PLE-01 catalyst ranges from 9.3 to 34.4μm,with a particle size distribution width consistently below 1.0.The favorable catalyst particle morphology results in a bulk density of approximately 400 kg/m^(3) for the ethylene polymerization powder.In terms of hydrogen modulation performance,copolymerization performance,and high-temperature resistance,the PLE-01 catalyst is generally equivalent to the reference catalyst,except for the slightly higher polymerization activity,indicating that when PLE-01 catalyst is applied to the slurry ethylene polymerization process,it is not necessary to adjust the polymerization process parameters.
