摘  要:采用低温分离工艺处理废白土,通过六西格玛质量控制方法中的实验设计工具设计了96组实验,考察了不同工艺参数对废白土脱油效果的影响。实验结果表明,有5个关键工艺参数影响废白土脱油率,影响程度从大到小的顺序为:溶剂比>萃取温度>萃取级数>萃取时间>搅拌强度;应用低温分离工艺处理废白土,所得白土渣含油率为0.82%~2.82%(w),油品回收率为88.4%~96.7%。利用96组实验数据拟合了一个五元一次方程,拟合值与实验值之间的最大相对误差为10.70%,最小相对误差为0.27%,该方程可用于预测低温分离工艺处理所得白土渣的含油率。Low-temperature separation process was used for the de-oiling of spent activated clay.Ninety-six sets of experiments were designed using six sigma design of experiments tool to investigate the effects of operating parameters on the de-oiling performance of spent activated clay.The experimental results show that the residual oil content in treated clay varies from 0.82%to 2.82%(w),and the oil recovery ratio ranges from 88.4%to 96.7%under the operating conditions.The importance of the above operating conditions on the oil content in treated clay is ranked as follows:solvent ratio>extraction temperature>extraction stage>extraction time>stirring intensity.Based on these 96 sets of experimental data,a linear regression equation with five parameters was obtained.The maximum and minimum relative error between predicted data and experimental data is 10.70%and 0.27%,respectively.The equation can be used to predict the oil content of treated clay under the specified operating conditions.
