摘 要:研究了微小波纹除雾器在不同气速、板间距和叶片转折角度下分离效率和压降的规律,采用计算流体力学对流场和粒级分离效率进行了模拟。实验结果表明,在板间距21.0 mm,转折角度120°时,微小波纹除雾器比普通折流板除雾器分离效率高约15百分点;在低气速下,分离效率随着板间距的增大而降低;在高气速下,适当增大板间距,有助于抑制二次雾沫夹带。模拟结果显示,两种除雾器分离效率的差异在于粒径10~40μm的液滴;微小波纹除雾器内拥有较多的回流区有助于分离效率的提高,且随着入口气速的增大出现了背风面回流区面积增大和主流区向出口处扩展的现象。The influences of gas velocity,plate spacing,and plate bending angle on the separation efficiency and pressure drop were investigated experimentally,and the flow field and grade separation efficiency were simulated by means of computational fluid dynamics.According to the experimental results,the micro-ripple demister is rated 15 percentage point more effective than the normal baffle demister for a plate spacing of 21.0 mm and a plate bending angle of 120°.At low gas velocities,the separation efficiency decreases with the increase of plate spacing;while at high gas velocities,an appropriate increase in plate spacing helps inhibit mist re-entrainment.The simulation results reveal that droplet sizes of 10-40μm differentiate the separation efficiencies of the two types of demisters.The micro-ripple demister features more backflow zones,which are conducive to improving separation efficiency.As the inlet velocity increases,the size of the backflow zone on the leeward side enlarges,and the main flow zone expands towards the outlet.
