摘  要:大型地下式水电站主变冷却器控制柜柜内高温发热可以引发冷却器故障,造成变压器油温升高,给变压器的运行带来隐患。在分析主变冷却器控制柜内温度高的主要原因基础上,针对性地采取增加冷却器控制柜散热通道、合理布置发热严重回路、元器件换型等措施,以达到散热的目的。实际应用表明这些措施有效性,可供同类水电站借鉴。High temperature heating in the control cabinet of the main transformer cooler in large-scale underground hydropower station may cause the failure of the cooler system,resulting in the increase of the transformer oil temperature and posing a hidden danger to the operation of the transformer.With the analysis of the major reasons for the high temperature in the control cabinet,various measures such as increasing the cooling channels of the cooler control cabinet,reasonable arrangement of circuits with severe heating,and components replacement are taken for heat dissipation.Practical application shows that the measures are effective,which can be useful reference for similar hydropower stations.
