摘  要:水轮机顶盖排水系统采用的浮球连杆式液位计在实际运行中常发生卡阻,经过分析发现卡阻的主要原因为液位计连杆在启主泵液位处集中结垢或聚积污渍所致;通过改进液位计的设计制造、优化顶盖排水系统控制程序、加强设备检修维护工作,可有效降低顶盖排水系统液位计发生卡阻的概率,从而保障水轮发电机组的安全可靠运行。The floating ball connecting rod type water level gauge used in the cover drainage system of hydro-turbine units often experiences stuck phenomenon during its operation.Analysis shows that the stuck problem is mainly caused by the concentrated scaling or accumulation of stains on the connecting rod of the gauge at the main pump starting level.By improving the design and manufacturing of the water level gauge,optimizing the control program of the cover drainage system,and strengthening the equipment maintenance work,the probability of stuck of the water level gauge can be effectively reduced,thereby ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the hydro-turbine units.
