摘　　要：目的调查护唇膏在高寒地区官兵中防治唇部异样表现的效果。方法采用调查问卷形式对某地区114例官兵使用护唇膏10 d后进行疗效评价和使用满意度调查。结果发出问卷114份,回收有效问卷112份。护唇膏使用时遵照医嘱使用率为30.36%;护唇膏防治唇炎总有效率为98.15%,对唇部脱屑和唇部皲裂的效果显著,分别有95.08%的唇部脱屑官兵和94.83%的唇部皲裂官兵表示其症状有不同程度的改善;使用满意度调查结果显示官兵对护唇膏满意率达99.11%。结论护唇膏对高寒地区官兵唇部异样表现有较好的防治作用,官兵满意度较高,但使用依从性不佳。后续应加强护唇膏使用方法及疗效的宣传教育,并进行新型护唇膏研发,以期提高官兵使用依从性,进一步提升高寒地区唇部病变防治效果。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of lip balm against lip abnormalities among soldiers in alpine areas.Methods A questionnaire was used to evaluate the efficacy of and levels of satisfaction with a lip balm used by 114 Air Force servicemen for 10 days.Results One hundred and fourteen questionnaires were issued and 112 of them were retrieved.The compliance rate of the lip balm was 30.36%while the total effective rate was 98.15%.The therapeutic effect of the lip balm against desquamating and chapping lips was relatively pronounced,with 95.08%and 94.83%of the patients showing different degrees of improvement.The rate of satisfaction of these servicemen with the lip balm was 99.11%.Conclusion This lip balm can effectively prevent and treat the abnormal lip performance of servicemen in alpine areas.Interviewees were quite satisfied with the product,but compliance was somewhat lacking.Servicemen should be better informed of the usage and curative effect of a lip balm.In the meantime,new lip balms have to be developed to improve compliance and therapeutic effect.
