摘　　要：目的分析在2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者治疗中实施药学干预的效果。方法选择2022年1-12月某医院收治的160例2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法对患者分组。对照组(80例)采用常规治疗,观察组(80例)应用药学干预,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果观察组在血压水平、血糖水平等方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并高血压病的患者往往病情复杂、病程长,需要长期使用多种药物。在治疗过程中,对患者实施药学干预,可以有效改善治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of pharmaceutical interventions in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with hypertension.Methods A retrospective study was conducted.One hundred and sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension admitted to our hospital in 2022 were selected as the subjects,who were divided into different groups using the random number table method.The control group(80 cases)received conventional treatment while the observation group(80 cases)underwent pharmaceutical interventions,and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The blood pressure and blood glucose levels in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension has a long course of disease and requires long-term use of multiple drugs.In the course of treatment,pharmaceutical interventions can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
