摘　　要：中药多糖作为一种天然药物成分,被发现对男性生殖系统具有显著的保护作用。研究表明,中药多糖可以通过调节内分泌、肠道菌群、抗氧化和抗凋亡等多种途径,改善精子质量、提高睾酮水平,并对生殖功能障碍具有一定的修复作用。此外,一些临床研究也证实了中药多糖在治疗阳痿、早泄等男性生殖系统疾病方面的潜在价值。尽管已取得一定的研究成果,但对中药多糖在雄性生殖保护方面的作用机制仍需进一步深入探讨。本文结合近期国内外研究报道,探讨中药多糖对雄性生殖系统的保护作用,以期为男性不育症的治疗提供参考。Traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides,as a natural pharmaceutical ingredient,have been found to have a significant protective effect on the male reproductive system.Studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides can improve sperm quality,increase the level of testosterone and repair reproductive dysfunction by regulating endocrine and exerting anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation and anti-apoptosis effects.In addition,some clinical studies have confirmed the potential value of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides in the treatment of impotence,premature ejaculation and other male reproductive system diseases.Despite some related findings,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides in male reproductive protection is far from clear.Combined with reports of recent research at home and abroad,this paper discusses the role of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides in protecting the male reproductive system in order to provide some reference for the treatment of male infertility.
