摘 要:为了解决溶液除湿空调系统溶液再生过程能耗高的问题,提出了一种新型低碳太阳能溶液除湿空调新风系统,将PV/T太阳能光伏/光热与空气源热泵结合作为驱动能源,采用间接蒸发冷却内冷型溶液除湿器对空调新风冷却除湿,并给出了系统中主要设备的设计选型和计算方法,最后以寒冷地区的某一公共建筑为例,进行系统设计、设备选型和系统性能模拟计算分析。结果表明,在空调新风风量为150 m^(3)/h时,系统除湿量为0.360 g/s,除湿效率为44.70%,再生量为0.360 g/s,再生效率为35.00%。设计工况下,PV/T太阳能光伏/光热系统在运行一天共产生电量4.1 kW,产生热量21.8 kW,而系统所需电量为3.5 kW,所需热量为21.2 kW,系统产能量能够覆盖系统用能量,能够实现能源供应自给自足和零碳排放。研究结果可为太阳能PV/T溶液除湿空调的设计提供参考。In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in the solution regeneration process of solution dehumidification air conditioning systems,a new type of low-carbon solar energy solution dehumidification air conditioning fresh air system was proposed.PV/T solar photovoltaic photothermal and air source heat pump were combined as driving energy,and an indirect evaporative cooling internal cooling solution dehumidifier was used to cool and dehumidify the air conditioning fresh air.The design selection and calculation method of the main equipment in the system were given.Finally,a public building in a cold region was taken as an example for system design,equipment selection,and system performance simulation analysis.The results show that when the fresh air volume of the air conditioning system is 150 m^(3)/h,the dehumidification capacity of the system is 0.360 g/s,the dehumidification efficiency is 44.70%,the regeneration capacity is 0.360 g/s,and the regeneration efficiency is 35.00%.The PV/T solar thermal system generates a total of 4.1 kW of electricity and 21.8 kW of heat in one day of operation under design conditions,whereas the system requires 3.5 kW of electricity and 21.2 kW of heat,which can cover the energy consumption of the system and achieve self-sufficiency in energy supply and zero carbon emissions.The research results can provide reference for the design of solar PV/T solution dehumidification air conditioning.
