摘 要:针对冲蚀经常导致催化裂化(FCC)提升管反应器T型出口穿孔造成介质泄漏,以及强约束出口气固两相流动紊乱导致冲蚀损伤预测难的问题,采用密集离散相模型(DDPM),耦入能量最小化多尺度曳力模型(EMMS)结合Fluent Generic冲蚀模型,模拟提升管T型出口冲蚀规律。通过交互正交实验法考察入口速度、盲通长度、出口直径及其交互作用对冲蚀程度的影响。结果表明,最大冲蚀位置都出现在T型出口竖直管与水平管相贯处的水平位置,最大冲蚀速率都在5×10^(-4)~9×10^(-4) kg/(m^(2)·s)之间。冲蚀速率关键影响因素权重大小排序为:入口速度>出口直径>盲通长度>各因素间两两交互作用。最优组合的入口气速为8 m/s,盲通长度和出口管路直径与进口直径之比均为1,此时冲蚀速率最小,小于1×10^(-4) kg/(m^(2)·s)。研究结果对于提升管反应器的优化设计和实际应用具有一定的指导意义。For the problem that erosion-induced medium leakage often stems from T-type outlet perforation in catalytic cracking(FCC)riser reactors,as well as the challenging prediction of erosion damage caused by gas-solid two-phase flow disorder at strongly constrained outlets,by employing the Dense Discrete Phase Model(DDPM)integrated with the Energy Minimization Multi-Scale Drag Model(EMMS)and the Fluent Generic erosion model,the erosion rules at the T-type outlet of the riser were simulated.Through an interactive orthogonal experiment,the impact of inlet velocity,blind length,outlet diameter,and their interaction on erosion severity was thoroughly investigated.The results indicate that the maximum erosion occurs at the horizontal position where the vertical and horizontal tubes intersect at the T-shaped outlet,and the maximum erosion rate is between 5×1×10^(-4)~9×10^(-4)kg/(m^(2)·s).The order of importance for factors affecting erosion rate is as follows:inlet velocity>outlet diameter>blind length>the pairwise interactions among various factors.The optimal combination is as follows:the inlet gas velocity is 8 m/s,and the ratio of the blind length and the outlet pipe diameter to the inlet diameter is 1.At this time,the erosion rate is the smallest,less than 1×10^(-4) kg/(m^(2)·s).The research results have certain guiding significance for the optimization design and practical application of the riser reactor.
