摘 要:为评估热管堆中芯块与热管间装配间隙对热管堆传热及结构安全的影响,建立热管堆三维传热及力学数字模型,在验证热管及传热模型后,分析了3 kW热管堆在不同装配间隙下的温度场及应力场。结果表明,热管堆受热膨胀后,在变形位移上芯块与热管大小及方向并不一致,两者间局部接触,局部应力集中。随着装配间隙增大,芯块及热管的应力峰值不断减小,间隙增大到0.4 mm后,芯块与热管将不再接触,间隙进一步增大,应力峰值变化微小;但随着装配间隙增大,芯块与热管间的传热方式由接触传热向气体传热和辐射传热组合转变,热管堆的传热热阻不断增大,堆芯的温度不断升高;综合热力分析,3 kW热管堆燃料芯块与热管装配间隙为0.2 mm较为合理,研究结果可为热管堆结构及热工设计提供参考。In order to evaluate the influence of the assembly clearance between the core block and heat pipe on heat transfer and structural safety of the heat pipe reactor,a three-dimensional heat transfer and mechanical numerical model of the heat pipe reactor was established.After validating the heat pipe and heat transfer model,the temperature field and stress field of a 3 kW heat pipe reactor under different assembly clearances were analyzed.The results show that after the heat pipe reactor expands due to heating,the core block and heat pipe do not match in size and direction in terms of deformation displacement,leading to local contact between them and local stress concentration.With the increase of the assembly clearance,the peak stress of the core block and heat pipe continuously decreases.When the clearance increases to 0.4 mm,the core block and heat pipe will no longer be in contact.As the clearance further increases,the change in peak stress becomes minimal.With the increase of the assembly clearance,the heat transfer mode between the core block and heat pipe changes from contact heat transfer to a combination of convective heat transfer and radiant heat transfer,resulting in a continuous increase in the thermal resistance of the heat pipe reactor and a continuous rise in the temperature of the core.Through comprehensive thermal analysis,an assembly clearance of 0.2 mm is deemed more reasonable for the 3 kW heat pipe reactor.The results can provide reference for the structural and thermal design of the heat pipe reactor.
