摘 要:以柴油(B0)为基础燃料,分别配制掺混体积比为20%的正丁醇(B20)及掺混体积比为20%的正丁醇+20%聚甲氧基二甲醚(PODE)的混合燃料(B20P20).通过一台轻型柴油机研究了预喷比例对B0、B20和B20P20燃烧和排放的影响,在转速为1600r/min、负荷为35%且预喷比例为总油量20%~50%下进行试验.结果表明:相较于单次喷油,预喷射能显著提高热效率,降低NO_(x)排放.随预喷比例增加,有效热效率先升高后降低,NO_(x)排放减少,HC排放显著增加.在柴油中加入正丁醇后,燃烧效率和有效热效率降低,NO_(x)排放和颗粒物质量减少,但HC、CO排放和颗粒物数量显著增加,颗粒物粒径分布向核模态颗粒物转移.在B20中加入PODE后,热效率明显改善.综合排放指标和热效率指标,B20P20最佳的预喷比例为40%,且PODE的加入可以降低排放对预喷比例的敏感性.Based on diesel fuel(B0),20%volume fraction of n-butanol/diesel(B20)blend and 20%n-butanol+20%volume fraction polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether(PODE)/diesel(B20P20)blend were prepared respectively.Effect of pilot-injection ratio on the combustion and emission characteristics of B0,B20 and B20P20 were carried out in a light-duty diesel engine.The test conditions were 1600r/min and 35%load,and the pilot-injection ratio was 20%to 50%of the total fuel quantity.Results show that the pilot-injection can significantly improve the thermal efficiency and reduce the NO_(x) emissions compared with single fuel injection strategy.With the increase of pilot-injection ratio,the effective thermal efficiency first increases and then decreases and the NO_(x) emissions decrease while the HC emissions increase.After adding n-butanol to diesel fuel,the combustion efficiency and effective thermal efficiency decrease,and the NO_(x) emissions and the quality of particles decrease.But the HC and CO emissions and the number of particles significantly increase,and the size distribution of particulates transfers to nuclear modal particulate segments.After adding PODE to B20 fuel,the thermal efficiency significantly increases.Fur-thermore,combining the emission index and thermal efficiency index,the optimal pilot-injection ratio of B20P20 is 40%,and the addition of PODE can reduce the sensitivity of emissions to the pilot-injection ratio.
