摘 要:目的探究子痫前期患者血清内皮细胞特异性分子1(ESM-1)、不规则趋化因子(FKN)、趋化因子CXC配体16(CXCL16)水平与母婴结局的相关性。方法回顾性选择2021年1月至2023年6月在石家庄市妇幼保健院进行分娩的79例子痫前期患者为研究组,根据子痫前期临床表现的严重程度,分为轻度子痫前期组(n=44)和重度子痫前期组(n=35),根据临床母婴结局分为良好母婴结局组(n=64)和不良母婴结局组(n=15),另随机选取同期75例产检结果正常的单胎妊娠孕妇为对照组。检测并比较研究组和对照组、轻度子痫前期组和重度子痫前期组、良好母婴结局组和不良母婴结局组的血清ESM-1、FKN、CXCL16水平,并分析血清ESM-1、FKN、CXCL16水平与母婴结局的相关性。结果研究组的ESM-1、FKN、CXCL16水平分别为(593.92±84.95)、(494.54±94.12)、(2.69±0.60)pg/mL,均高于对照组[(329.48±53.24)、(419.56±83.25)、(0.98±0.26)pg/mL],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度子痫前期组的ESM-1、FKN、CXCL16水平分别为(658.42±86.31)、(532.60±106.84)、(3.76±1.13)pg/mL,均高于轻度子痫前期组[(542.63±75.30)、(464.28±91.56)、(1.84±0.51)pg/mL],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良母婴结局组的ESM-1、FKN、CXCL16水平分别为(707.14±122.08)、(592.21±93.40)、(4.75±1.27)pg/mL,均高于良好母婴结局组[(567.39±96.27)、(471.65±89.46)、(2.21±0.64)pg/mL],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子痫前期患者血清ESM-1、FKN、CXCL16水平与不良母婴结局均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论子痫前期患者不良母婴结局会出现血清ESM-1、FKN、CXCL16水平升高,监测ESM-1、FKN、CXCL16水平对评估患者病情轻重及母婴结局具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum endothelial cell specific molecule-1(ESM-1),fractalkine(FKN),chemokine CXC ligand 16(CXCL16)and maternal and infant outcomes in patients with preeclampsia.Methods A retrospective study was conducted.A total of 79 preeclampsia patients who gave birth in Shijiazhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study group.According to the severity of clinical manifestations of preeclampsia,they were divided into mild preeclampsia group(n=44)and severe preeclampsia group(n=35).According to the clinical maternal and infant outcomes,they were divided into the good maternal and infant outcome group(n=64)and the poor maternal and infant outcome group(n=15),and 75 single pregnant women with normal birth test results were randomly selected as the control group.Serum ESM-1,FKN and CXCL16 levels in the study group and the control group,the mild preeclampsia group and the severe preeclampsia group,the good maternal and infant outcome group and the poor maternal and infant outcome group were detected,and the correlation between serum ESM-1,FKN and CXCL16 levels and maternal and infant outcome was analyzed.Results The levels of ESM-1,FKN and CXCL16 in the study group were(593.92±84.95),(494.54±94.12)and(2.69±0.60)pg/mL,which were higher than those in the control group[(329.48±53.24),(419.56±83.25)and(0.98±0.26)pg/mL],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of ESM-1,FKN and CXCL16 in the severe preeclampsia group were(658.42±86.31),(532.60±106.84)and(3.76±1.13)pg/mL,which were higher than those in the mild preeclampsia group[(542.63±75.30),(464.28±91.56)and(1.84±0.51)pg/mL],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of ESM-1,FKN and CXCL16 in the poor maternal and infant outcome group were(707.14±122.08),(592.21±93.40)and(4.75±1.27)pg/mL,which were higher than those in the good maternal and infant outcome group[(567.39±96.27),(471.65±89.46)and(2.21±0.64)pg/m
