摘  要:桉树双面姬小蜂Ophelimus bipolaris是一种新的入侵性害虫,属于膜翅目Hymenoptera姬小蜂科Eulophidae。2021年首次在中国广州市记录该物种。为探究桉树双面姬小蜂的防治策略,研究筛选了5种常用杀虫剂进行室内药效评估,包括40%毒死蜱乳油、5%吡虫啉乳油、1.8%阿维菌素乳油、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂和40%三唑磷乳油。试验结果显示,5种杀虫剂对桉树双面姬小蜂幼虫展现出不同程度的防治效果,40%三唑磷乳油在40 g·L^(-1)质量浓度下对桉树双面姬小蜂幼虫的校正致死率最高,达84.48%;相同质量浓度下,1.8%阿维菌素乳油的毒力最强,对幼虫的致死中质量浓度为0.02 g·L^(-1)。综上,推荐选择阿维菌素用于桉树双面姬小蜂的林间防控。Ophelimus bipolaris is a new invasive pest,belonging to the family Eulophidae in the order Hymenoptera.In 2021,the insect was documented for the first time in Guangzhou,China.To explore the control methods for O.bipolaris,this study evaluated the efficacy of five insecticides,including 40%chlorpyrifos EC,5%imidacloprid EC,1.8%abamectin EC,10%lambda-cyhalothrin EW,and 40%triazophos EC-under laboratory conditions.The results showed that five insecticides showed different degrees of control effect on the larvae of O.bipolaris.The corrected mortality rate of 40%triazophos EC at 40 g·L^(-1) was the highest reaching 84.48%for the larvae.At the same mass volume concentration,1.8%abamectin EC showed the highest toxicity,with a median lethal concentration of 0.02 g·L^(-1) against the larvae.Consequently,abamectin is recom mended for the prevention and control of O.bipolaris in the forest.
