摘  要:为了探索人工施加气流扰动对黄瓜幼苗促壮的机理,以“津优1号”黄瓜幼苗为研究对象,于2021年5—7月在江苏大学温室进行了不同气流速度和气流温度对温室黄瓜幼苗叶茎根解剖结构的试验.试验采用裂区设计,以气流温度为主因素,设计2个温度水平:25±5℃和35±5℃;以气流速度为副因素,设计4个速度水平:1,3,6,9 m/s;以不进行气流扰动处理为对照,研究不同处理对黄瓜幼苗叶片、茎秆和根解剖结构的影响.结果表明:气流扰动显著影响了黄瓜幼苗的株高,增加了叶片厚度、茎粗和根径.高温气流能够增加温室黄瓜幼苗株高,而低温气流则降低温室黄瓜幼苗株高.气流速度对温室黄瓜幼苗微结构的影响各不相同.6和9 m/s的凉风扰动时,作物抑制徒长效果最为明显,但9 m/s气流扰动易使作物弯折损伤.综上,以6 m/s凉风扰动最佳,可有效抑制高温高湿环境下黄瓜幼苗的徒长,是培育黄瓜壮苗的有效调控措施.To explore the mechanism of artificial airflow on the strengthening of cucumber seedlings,this paper took′Jinyou No.1′cucumber seedlings as the research object,and conducted experiments on the anatomical structure of leaves,stems and roots of cucumber seedlings under different airflow speeds and airflow temperatures in Jiangsu University greenhouse from May to July 2021.The split-plot experiment design methods were used,and two levels of 25±5 and 35±5℃were designed with airflow temperature as the main factor.The effects of different treatments on the anatomical structure of leaves,stems and roots of cucumber seedlings were studied by designing four levels of 1,3,6 and 9 m/s with airflow velocity as the secondary factor and without airflow disturbance treatment as the control.The results show that the airflow disturbance significantly affects the plant height of cucumber seedlings and increases the leaf thickness,stem thickness,and root diameter.High temperature airflow treatment can increase cucumber seedling height,while low temperature airflow can decrease the height of greenhouse cucumber seedlings.The effect of airflow velocity on the microstructure of greenhouse cucumber seedlings varies.When the low temperature airflow disturbance is 6 and 9 m/s,the effect of crop elongation inhibition is most significant,but the airflow disturbance of 9 m/s can easily cause crop bending da-mage.In summary,the selection of 6 m/s low temperature wind disturbance is the best,which can effectively inhibit the excessive growth of cucumber seedlings under high temperature and high humidity environment and is an effective control measure for cultivating cucumber seedlings.
