摘　　要：工匠团队在营造技艺使用、传承与创新上的主体作用未被充分认知。以一个土家族吊脚楼工匠团队为例,运用口述访谈和参与式观察的人类学方法,分别从“物”—建筑表征、“人”—人员结构、“技”—技艺存续三个维度揭示该工匠团队在当代语境下的变迁特征,以期为“见物见人见技”的非物质文化遗产系统研究提供地方性案例参考。The main role of the craftsman team in the use,inheritance and innovation of construction techniques has not been fully recognized.Taking a Tujia artisan team of stilted building as an example,this paper uses the anthropological methods of oral interview and participatory observation to reveal the changing characteristics of the artisan team in the contemporary context from the three dimensions of“object”--architectural representation,“people”--personnel structure and“skill”--skill protection and succession,in order to provide local case reference for the systematic study of intangible cultural heritage“to see objects,people and skills.”
