摘　　要：当前,提升城市韧性已成为城市治理的新思路和城市安全发展的新范式。然而,在城市韧性的理论体系中有四个基本命题尚未厘清,即城市韧性的核心特征和系统形态、城市韧性的责任主体和受益者、韧性变革的时间节点和时间周期、城市韧性的系统边界和空间异质性。中国式现代化理论以马克思主义为指导,坚持“人民至上”“人与自然和谐共生”的价值意蕴,突出“问题导向”与“守正创新”,强调在中国共产党领导下实现社会主义现代化,为中国特色的城市韧性理论构建提供了逻辑支撑。从中国式现代化的理论出发,我们应秉承动态发展的眼光,站稳人民立场,有效发挥政府责任,促进人与自然和谐发展,打造真正具有中国特色的韧性城市。Currently,enhancing urban resilience has become a new idea of urban governance and a new paradigm for urban safe development.However,there are four basic propositions in the theoretical system of urban resilience that have not yet been clarified,namely the core features and system form of urban resilience,the responsible subjects and beneficiaries of urban resilience,the time nodes and time cycles of resilience change,and the system boundaries and spatial heterogeneity of urban resilience.The theory of Chinese path to modernization is guided by Marxism,adheres to the values of people first and harmonious coexistence of human and nature,highlightsproblem orientation and innovation on the basis of tradition,and emphasizes the realization of socialist modernization under the leadership of the CPC,thus provides logical support for the construction of the theory of urban resilience with Chinesecharacteristics.From the theory of Chinese path to modernization,we should uphold the vision of dynamic development,stand firmly on the people's position,effectively bring the government's role into play,promote harmonious development of human and nature,and to create a truly resilient city with Chinese characteristics.
