摘　　要：金代,朝廷自上而下授予官员或者行省等地方机构便宜权。便宜权授予多集中在军事领域,此外在行政、经济、司法、交聘等方面也有便宜权。便宜权授予群体主要是女真人和汉人。金代便宜权的变化与政局演变紧密相关。金前期,金中央有效掌控便宜权,便利官员和地方及时处理军政事务,在控制地方权势的同时维护中央权威;金后期,地方便宜权滥授,权势膨胀,威胁中央权威,金朝国势走向衰微。便宜权的演变揭示出金朝中央权威与地方权势此消彼长的变化关系。The imperial court granted bianyi power to officials or local institutions such as provinces from top to bottom in the Jin Dynasty.The grant of the bianyi power was mainly concentrated in the military field,in addition to the administration,economy,justice,diplomatic and other aspects of the whole dynasty.The main groups granting the bianyi power were Jurchens and Han people.The change of bianyi power in the Jin Dynasty was closely related to the evolution of political situation.In the early era of Jin Dynasty,the imperial court effectively controlled the bianyi power,facilitated officials and local governments to deal with military and political affairs in a timely manner,as well as maintained the central authority while controlling local power.In the later period,the local power was abused,the power expanded,threatening the central authority,and the Jin Dynasty's national power went into decline.The evolution of bianyi power revealed the changing relationship between central authority and local power in the Jin Dynasty.
