资本逻辑冲击下的网络文化风险及其治理

摘　　要：在现代社会中,资本的扩张在数字技术的加持下使网络文化沦为被资本宰制的一种经济产业。网络文化风险不断凸显出来,其现实表征为网络文化消费主义削弱主流文化认同、西方“普世价值”解构国家文化主权、泛娱乐主义遮蔽网络文化价值传递等。资本逻辑冲击所带来的网络文化风险不仅在于它影响了网络文化发展的总体价值导向,也让看似“中立”的数字技术沦为资本增殖的“帮凶”,致使网络文化沦为资本和技术双重宰制下的附属品。因此,网络文化风险治理实质上是为其内蕴的资本逻辑、文化逻辑、技术逻辑三者之间的博弈提供了调试空间,网络文化风险治理的实现必然要在三种逻辑之间找到交汇与平衡点。In modern society,the expansion of capital,supported by digital technology,has made network culture become an economic industry dominated by capital.The risks of network culture continue to emerge.It presents as follows:network cultural consumerism weakens the mainstream cultural identity,western universal values deconstruct national cultural sovereignty,pan-entertainmentalism covers the transmission of network cultural value,etc.The risk of network culture not only affects the overall value orientation of the development of network culture,but also makes the seemingly neutral digital technology become the accomplicor of capital proliferation.It causes network culture to become an accessory under the domination of capital and technology.Therefore,the network cultural risk governance essentially provides a debugging space for the game between capital logic,cultural logic and technical logic.Because the realization of network culture risk governance inevitably requires to find the intersection and balance between the three forces.
