摘 要:基于新型航空发动机高燃烧室力学性能和承温能力需要,针对第二代单晶合金DD6挡溅盘铸件尺寸大、异形、薄壁、复杂结构成形难,且单晶完整性控制难度大、定向凝固高点容易出现疏松等缺陷问题;采用蜡模一体化设计、引晶系统合理设置、凝固高点有效补缩、铸件结构优化等措施,有效解决了挡溅盘铸件单晶完整性、再结晶和凝固高点疏松技术难点,为大尺寸、异型、复杂薄壁结构单晶铸件的研制积累了经验,对其他类似结构铸件具有指导意义。Based on the mechanical properties and temperature bearing capacity of the high combustion chamber of the new aero engine,the casting of the second generation single crystal alloy DD6 spatterpan is difficult to form in large size,special-shaped,thin wall and complex structure,and the single crystal integrity control is difficult,and the directional solidification point is easy to loose and other defects.The technical difficulties of single crystal integrity,recrystallization and loose solidification high point of spattering disk castings were effectively solved by adopting the measures of integrated wax mold design,reasonable setting of crystal inducting system,effective solidification high point feeding and optimization of casting structure,which accumulated experience for the development of large size,special shape and complex thin-wall structure single crystal castings and had guiding significance for other similar structural castings.
