摘  要:针对某型宽弦薄壁自由涡轮导向器铸件复杂结构及铸造成形难的问题,对宽弦薄壁导向器叶片采取了毛坯结构优化、浇注系统合理设置、型壳制备和埋砂工艺改进以及局部包棉保温等措施;生产验证发现,对宽弦薄壁类导向器铸件采取排气边增加工艺补贴、型壳表面晶粒细化及排气边缓冷等办法,可有效解决排气边欠铸和叶片晶粒粗大问题,生产出合格铸件。Aiming at the problems of complex structure and difficult casting and forming of a certain type of wide string thin wall free turbine guide,the blade of wide string thin wall guide is studied Optimization of blank structure,reasonable setting of pouring system,preparation of mold shell,improvement of sand burying process and local cotton insulation were adopted.It is found that the problems of under-casting and coarse grain of blade can be effectively solved by increasing process subsidy at exhaust edge,refining grain on shell surface and slow cooling at exhaust edge,and qualified castings can be produced.
