摘 要:介绍了国内离心铸造数值模拟研究及应用情况,综合来看,已实现通过分析金属液浇注温度、铸型转速、铸型温度等工艺参数对充型过程和凝固组织的影响,预测铸件在成形过程中产生的缺陷,找出其产生的内在原因,优化铸造工艺获得优质铸件;认为数值模拟技术将进一步在离心铸造充型过程物理场量分析方面得到应用,提出了数值模拟技术在离心铸造工艺中的未来应用方向。The numerical simulation research and application of centrifugal casting in China were introduced.On the whole,it has been realized that by analyzing the influence of process parameters such as molten metal pouring temperature,mold rotation speed and mold temperature on the filling process and solidification structure,the defects generated in the forming process of castings can be predicted,the internal causes can be found out,and high-quality castings can be obtained by optimizing the casting process.It is considered that the numerical simulation technology will be further applied in the analysis of the physical field during the filling process of centrifugal casting,and the future application direction of numerical simulation technology in centrifugal casting is proposed.
